Nu stau s\u0103 analizez acum cursa lor, at\u00e2t c\u00e2t m\u0103 pricep, dar e evident c\u0103 puteau mai mult. De data aceasta primii trei m-au dep\u0103\u015fit pe la mijlocul turului 3, ceea ce e un progres pentru mine. Experien\u0163a mea e mai bogat\u0103 \u00een MTB \u015fi biciclet\u0103, a\u015fa c\u0103 pot spune c\u0103 ritmul lor e mai degrab\u0103 de MTB dec\u00e2t de alergare &#8230; normal\u0103. Nu-l invidiez pe Vlad care le-a \u0163inut calea deschis\u0103 pedal\u00e2nd 42 de km \u00een ritmul lor, strig\u00e2nd la posibilii factori perturbatori din calea lor. \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u015fit, cel mai important e \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 alergarea a devenit un fenomen de mas\u0103 la Cluj, cel pu\u0163in pentru \u00eenc\u0103 o vreme, \u015fi am v\u0103zut tot mai mul\u0163i oameni rup\u00e2ndu-\u015fi din timpul lor pentru a se antrena, uneori la ore ciudate. Am alergat, am pedalat, chiar am \u015fi \u00eenotat, am \u00eencercat s\u0103 am o activitate constant\u0103, uneori chiar am exagerat. E o experien\u0163\u0103 s\u0103 alergi prin z\u0103pad\u0103 pe dealuri (\u015fi nu sunt singurul \ud83d\ude42 ), s\u0103 \u00eencepi o tur\u0103 de bici pe vreme frumoas\u0103 de martie \u015fi s\u0103 te apuce ploaia pe la Huedin, s\u0103 ning\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 bat\u0103 v\u00e2ntul pe la Ciucea-Negreni \u015fi s\u0103 te \u00eentorci pe o cea\u0163\u0103 cumplit\u0103 \u00een care vedeai farurile de la tiruri numai de la 10m \u015fi te orientai pe drum dup\u0103 zgomotul motoarelor, merg\u00e2nd zeci de kilometri pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 carosabil c\u0103 doar \u0163ii la via\u0163a ta.<\/p>\n<p>Fiecare punctule\u0163 din mareea pestri\u0163\u0103 a contat, fiecare a avut o ambi\u0163ie de autodep\u0103\u015fire, fiecare val &#8211; maraton, semimaraton, cros, curs\u0103 copii &#8211; a contat. \u00cenainte de start, pe durata cursei mele \u015fi la final am avut ce urm\u0103ri, ce \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a, cu excep\u0163ia ultimilor 5-6 km c\u00e2nd a trebuit s\u0103 m\u0103 concentrez numai asupra necesit\u0103\u0163ilor mele. E prima dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd alerg cu un ceas de fitness la un concurs, \u015fi av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 eram obi\u015fnuit de la antrenamente s\u0103-l port m-a ajutat mult s\u0103 nu adorm pe drum, adic\u0103 s\u0103 las ritmul. M\u0103car din km \u00een km \u00eemi d\u0103dea de\u015fteptarea c\u00e2nd vedeam pace-ul. La biciclet\u0103 \u00eemi monitorizez constant viteza, a\u015fa \u015fi aici am sim\u0163it nevoia. M-am uitat cu zile \u00eenainte la timpul meu de anul trecut (acum 2 ani am avut 4h30min) &#8211; 3h38min \u015fi mi-a ie\u015fit un pace de 5min10sec, ceea ce mi s-a p\u0103rut de neatins \u00een acest an \u015fi chiar demoralizator. \u00cen general te ambi\u0163ionezi s\u0103-\u0163i dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fti limitele, recordurile anterioare, dar cu v\u00e2rsta se pare c\u0103 \u00eencepi s\u0103 te ui\u0163i tot mai mult la trecut \u015fi chiar s\u0103-\u0163i dore\u015fti s\u0103 mai fii ce ai fost odat\u0103. A\u015fa c\u0103, cu toat\u0103 m\u00e2hnirea, mi-am fixat pe virtual partner un pace de 5min20sec \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eencerc s\u0103 m\u0103 apropiu de el. La antrenamentele mele abia de scoteam un pace de 5min50sec pe distan\u0163e de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10km; e drept c\u0103 alergam \u00een general pe dealuri sau prin p\u0103duri. M-am bazat \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 adrenalina o s\u0103-\u015fi spun\u0103 cuv\u00e2ntul, eu \u00een general la concursuri reu\u015fesc s\u0103 m\u0103 mobilizez.<\/p>\n<p>S-a dat startul. Oric\u00e2t am \u00eencercat s\u0103 m\u0103 controlez, s\u0103 nu \u00eencep tare pentru mine, n-am reu\u015fit. M-a purtat valul celor din jur. C\u00e2nd m-am uitat la pace \u015fi am v\u0103zut 4min30sec &#8211; 4min40sec\u00a0mi-am zis c\u0103 nu-s normal, c\u0103-n via\u0163a mea nu cred s\u0103 fii alergat a\u015fa repede, dar kilometri treceau, am ajuns la 10, terminasem o tur\u0103. \u00a0Am terminat a doua. La virtual partner nu m-am uitat o clipa, nu avea sens, era depasit demult. Problema era c\u0103 m\u0103 sim\u0163eam bine, nu g\u00e2f\u00e2iam, nu m\u0103 durea nimic. Tot timpul urm\u0103ream repere umane tangibile. \u015ei atunci mi-am spus: asta este merg \u00een ritm de sub 5min c\u00e2t pot, c\u0103 de terminat cursa sigur o termin. De data aceasta, surprinz\u0103tor, nimic. R\u0103m\u00e2nea de a\u015fteptat ultima problem\u0103 &#8211; febra muscular\u0103 care putea s\u0103-mi mic\u015foreze pa\u015fii \u015fi implicit viteza, dar asta numai mai t\u00e2rziu, dup\u0103 kilometrul 30. Lu\u00eend izotonic constant de la PA-uri am evitat \u015fi \u00a0problema asta, dar am f\u0103cut o gre\u015feal\u0103 care m-a costat, mi-a perturbat pu\u0163in echilibrul: nu am m\u00e2ncat nimic la \u00eenceputul turei a 4-a. Mi-am zis c\u0103 sunt ok, nu pierd vremea, de\u015fi \u00eemi preg\u0103tisem la mine batonul din pachetul de start, chiar rupsesem \u00eenveli\u015ful \u00eenainte de start. De la kilometrul 35 am \u00eenceput s\u0103 m\u0103 chinui, s\u0103 trag de mine s\u0103 scot pace de 5min. De unde p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103 uitam la ceas eram cu un ritm mai bun dec\u00e2t m\u0103 a\u015fteptam, acum mi se p\u0103rea c\u0103 alerg tare \u015fi totu\u015fi aveam pace de 5min20sec. Nasol, \u015fi tot n-am \u00eembucat nimic, cred c\u0103 nici nu mai aveam mintea a\u015fa limpede. Asta e, am tras de mine c\u00e2t am putut iar la final am avut puterea s\u0103 sprintez (cel pu\u0163in a\u015fa mi s-a p\u0103rut) de\u015fi nu aveam concuren\u0163i \u00een jur. M\u0103 bucur c\u0103 \u015fi TVR Cluj s-a implicat \u015fi el \u00een mediatizare. Urmeaz\u0103 la Cluj un nou concurs, de ast\u0103 dat\u0103 de MTB, prin F\u0103get, Tureni, Pruni\u015f, S\u0103licea, T\u0103u\u0163i, Cetatea Fetei &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/clujulpedaleaza.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Maratonul F\u0103getului<\/a>. Ne vedem acolo, care pute\u0163i veni \u015fi la care v\u0103 place s\u0103 pedala\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Anul trecut am terminat pe locul 37 la general masculin \u015fi am fost pe locul 3 la bloggeri. Pot spune c\u0103 mi-am folosit cu succes pantofii de alergare c\u00e2\u015ftiga\u0163i atunci, mul\u0163umesc \u015fi pentru ei \u015fi pentru abonamentul la Prosport. Anul acesta am fost locul 31 cu 3h25min, pace de 4min54sec, locul 10 la categoria 35-44ani. De data aceasta primii trei m-au dep\u0103\u015fit pe la mijlocul turului 3, ceea ce e un progres pentru mine. Experien\u0163a mea e mai bogat\u0103 \u00een MTB \u015fi biciclet\u0103, a\u015fa c\u0103 pot spune c\u0103 ritmul lor e mai degrab\u0103 de MTB dec\u00e2t de alergare &#8230; normal\u0103. Nu-l invidiez pe Vlad care le-a \u0163inut calea deschis\u0103 pedal\u00e2nd 42 de km \u00een ritmul lor, strig\u00e2nd la posibilii factori perturbatori din calea lor. \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u015fit, cel mai important e \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 alergarea a devenit un fenomen de mas\u0103 la Cluj, cel pu\u0163in pentru \u00eenc\u0103 o vreme, \u015fi am v\u0103zut tot mai mul\u0163i oameni rup\u00e2ndu-\u015fi din timpul lor pentru a se antrena, uneori la ore ciudate. De unde p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103 uitam la ceas eram cu un ritm mai bun dec\u00e2t m\u0103 a\u015fteptam, acum mi se p\u0103rea c\u0103 alerg tare \u015fi totu\u015fi aveam pace de 5min20sec. Nasol, \u015fi tot n-am \u00eembucat nimic, cred c\u0103 nici nu mai aveam mintea a\u015fa limpede. Asta e, am tras de mine c\u00e2t am putut iar la final am avut puterea s\u0103 sprintez (cel pu\u0163in a\u015fa mi s-a p\u0103rut) de\u015fi nu aveam concuren\u0163i \u00een jur. Urmeaz\u0103 la Cluj un nou concurs, de ast\u0103 dat\u0103 de MTB, prin F\u0103get, Tureni, Pruni\u015f, S\u0103licea, T\u0103u\u0163i, Cetatea Fetei &#8211; Maratonul F\u0103getului. Ne vedem acolo, care pute\u0163i veni \u015fi la care v\u0103 place s\u0103 pedala\u0163i. Anul trecut am terminat pe locul 37 la general masculin \u015fi am fost pe locul 3 la bloggeri.
